Last month our Fitzalan Howard Centre’s cooking group embraced Veganuary with a week of all veggie options. Their tasty creations included a veggie tahini, shepherd’s pie, creamy pasta salad and a sag aloo! 😀🥕
The triple Michelin star rated Fitzalan restaurant is fully booked for the foreseeable future, but we’ll let you know if any reservations open up.
