Throughout February, 102 participants braved the cold, windy British weather to walk 7,000 or 10,000 steps a day for Chestnut Tree House. Money is still coming in, but Nurses’ Steps is on track to raise around £15,000! Participants of all ages took part in Nurses’ Steps. Including nine-year-old William and his six-year-old brother, Lucas. “It was quite hard some days, especially when it was freezing cold, and we just wanted to stay indoors,” said nine-year-old William. “The best walks were when it was muddy and we played in lots of puddles, or in the snow with snowball fights!” 🌧️❄️ Read all about William and Lucas’ fundraising challenge over on our website 💛
