Happy Hearts is a programme run by Tammy Waine, A Families and Wellbeing Officer for the Councils.
The Happy Hearts project, run by Adur and Worthing Councils, goes into classrooms to teach children aged 4-6 how to live a happy and healthy lifestyle through eating well and exercising. Lessons taught to children so young hopefully stay with them for the rest of their lives.
We joined Tammy for the final Happy Hearts session at Hawthorns Primary School, where parents of the pupils were able to attend to see everything their child had learnt.
Watch the video to hear the thoughts of both parents and pupils as they review the programme!
