Following residents feedback, Adur District Council has made it easier to log requests for work to be carried out on local authority properties.
Thousands of Adur Homes tenants and leaseholders will be able to report repairs in a simple and quick way thanks to the launch of a new online repairs service, developed in-house by the Council.
In just three steps, tenants can use their phone or computer to report items needing fixing and then book a date and time for the appointment which suits them.
An online tracker will also keep residents informed of progress on the work along the way, leading to considerable improvements in customer service.
To log a problem tenants can use their computer, tablet or mobile to go online before following the three step process to report a repair at a time which is best for them.
