Listen to our brilliant staff describe what their role as Dementia Care Support Night Workers involves, from a typical shift to what qualities they feel you need for the job.

Our staff are trained to nurture people within this safe and comfortable home. We remove the feelings of ‘us and them’ to create a family home environment, focusing on quality relationships between ‘family members’. Our commitment is to provide a person centred approach and therefore minimising neutral care. We never take a ‘one size fits all’ approach, and provide care in a way that values each individual’s likes and dislikes.

If you feel you could help support people to live well with dementia through all stages of their journey please visit our website: http://www.guildcare.org/job/dementia-support-worker or contact Becky, Charlotte & Pippa on 01903 863154/ recruitment@guildcare.org for more information.
