Countryside lovers and dog walkers will have a bright new entry to one of Worthing’s car parks thanks to a project led by the Councils’ engineers.
General wear and tear combined with recent wet weather had led to the entry to Storrington Rise car park near Cissbury Ring becoming riddled with pot holes and subject to flooding.
This week, teams from Adur & Worthing Councils oversaw the resurfacing of the tarmac.
The result is a bright and bump-free welcome to a popular car park which remains free for all motorists to use (see the before and after images below.)
