As we move out of lockdown, we’ve been talking to local businesses about how they have been impacted by the COVID pandemic and what changes they’ve had to make to the way they operate.
Jim Partridge has beenrunning the La Poissonnerie Fishmongers on Brighton Road in Shoreham since the late ‘70s.
He operates his business with the help of his daughter, Alex Partridge, who says that while trade at the fishmongers has actually improved in spite of lockdown – the family’s lobster pot manufacturing and fishing ventures have suffered.
