Plans to create three blocks of 136 flats on Shoreham Harbour will go on display to the public on Friday (January 12).
The proposal for the former Howard Kent Site, which is opposite the Northgate vehicle hire centre in Brighton Road, Shoreham.
The proposed development would also feature community facilities, a shared bike hire facility for all residents and parking space for each apartment.
The public consultation will take place from 9am to 9pm at the Barn Hall in Southwick Community Centre, Southwick.
A similar display took place in the Shoreham Centre last month.
