It’s a yes! 🎉

At its EGM today, Trustees and Members of Worthing Littlehampton and District Scope (WLDS) voted unanimously to join forces with Guild Care.

This is a major milestone for both charities and we are all excited and enthusiastic about the future long-term benefits that this will bring to both users and their families.

WLDS will become a subsidiary company of Guild Care to enable us to better share our resources and only when it is in the best interests of all concerned will we fully merge both charities to enable the larger organisation to fully benefit from the sharing of all resources thereby delivering a truly wrap around service for local people from 5 to 105.

Our commitment to everybody who works at WLDS or uses a service is that this will be business as usual for the foreseeable future. It is the intention to make this transition as smooth as possible for the wellbeing of everyone involved.

See below Guild Care CEO Suzanne Millard and WLDS Chair of Trustees Jacuqie Pinney, announce the exciting merge.
