Councillor Kevin Jenkins, Worthing Borough Council’s Executive Member for Regeneration, said:
“As a council we remain committed to following through on our plan to demolish the existing multi-storey car park which we believe will act as a catalyst for the wider development for the Teville Gate site”
Mosaique, the company which owns Worthing’s Teville Gate, anticipate submitting a full planning application for the site by the end of November 2017, intending for the plans to be debated by Worthing Borough Council’s Planning Committee in March 2018.
The Public Consultations dates:
· Thursday 9 November, 6-9pm at The Denham Room, Sanditon Conference Centre, Worthing College
· Friday 10 November, 4pm – 8pm at The Gordon Room, Worthing Town Hall.
