★ Butterfly Support Worker- Haviland House ★

Working closely with Dementia Care Matters our Support workers at Haviland House interact with our Residents like ‘Butterflies’; creating moments of connection through colourful, meaningful interactions and filling the room with stimulating activity.

If you feel you could:
☆ Change the moment
☆ Brighten up a room
☆ Put a smile on someone’s face
☆ Be a spontaneous person,
☆ Flexible with your approach
☆ Demonstrate an awareness of what matters most in life

… you could be one of our Butterflies!

Our staff are trained to nurture people within this safe and comfortable home. We remove the feelings of ‘us and them’ to create a family home environment, focusing on quality relationships between ‘family members’. Our commitment is to provide a person centred approach and therefore minimising neutral care. We never take a ‘one size fits all’ approach, and provide care in a way that values each individual’s likes and dislikes.

To apply please email your CV to: recruitment@guildcare.org. When applying please give examples to demonstrate how you would make a positive difference to a person’s life by contributing to their health, happiness and wellbeing. No experience, no worries- tell us about you and how you would make a difference…
